CT Scan Results

When dad checked into Severence Hospital in late June, his blood test level (called CEA which indicates the extent of the cancer, especially that of colon cancer) was at least 400+ (a normal functioning level is up to 5).
Dad got it down to 15.
His liver function test was within the normal range.
The CT scan also showed a significant decrease in the size of the cancer in the liver.
That’s amazing!!
Praise the Lord.
Dr. Shin said that dad can fly back to the States and so we will return in less than a week!
Thank you to everyone in Korea that’s been so helpful to dad during this time of recovery.
God is amazing. He is doing so much for dad!
See you Americans, very soon!

He looks great, doesn’t he?

He just finished his 48 Hour Chemo take-home kit!
2 weeks of resting until his next treatment.
Thank you for your prayers.

I’m so thankful for all the prayers from people from all over that know him and to those who have never met him.
Just as an update, my dad will be receiving a more intense level of chemo this Friday and I ask that through prayer and strength from God that his body will continue to stay strong and fight this cancer to the end.
During this battle, may all the glory go to God!

The weather in korea is hot and very humid.
Today my dad got another treatment of chemo. His legs are much less swollen than before and his energy level is up.
Praise the Lord.
Although it is still too early to tell what the outcome will be like according to the doctors, I am confident in a perfectly orchestrated healing by God.
I see little miracles every day.
God is perfect in every way.
